This document is an electronic record regarding Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions about electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This document is published by the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and user agreement for access or usage of website. The present agreement may be read as part and parcel of the Terms of use, privacy policy and disclaimer of as the similar contents have not been repeated here.

 The domain name (from now on referred to as "Website") is owned by ACCHAJEE ON-LINE SHOPPING PRIVATE LIMITED a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at Unit no. 417, Vipul Trade Centre, Sohna Road Sector-48 Gurgaon, INDIA.



For the purpose of the User Agreement, Registered User and wherever the context so require 'You' shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a member of the Website by providing Registration Data (as defined hereinafter) while registering on the Website as Registered User using the computer systems of the Website and accepted this electronic version / electronic record of the User Agreement and has allocated himself a unique identification user name ("User ID" and "Password") to become Registered User.

As a new Registered User, this User Agreement shall be efficient and binding upon your 'acceptance.' 'Acceptance' shall mean your affirmative action in clicking on 'check box' and on the 'continue button' as provided on the registration page.

If you do not agree or are not willing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this User Agreement and’s Rules and Policies , please do not click on the "check box " and/or on the "continue" button and do not seek to obtain access to or otherwise use the Website.

When You use any of the services provided by Us through the Website, including but not limited to, (e.g. Product Reviews, Seller Reviews etc), You will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such service, and they shall be deemed to be incorporated into this User Agreement and shall be considered as part and parcel of this User Agreement. We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this User Agreement, at any time without any prior written notice to You. It is Your responsibility to review this User Agreement periodically for updates / changes. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of changes will mean that You accept and agree to the revisions. As long as You comply with these Terms of Use, We grant You a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Website.


Your Account and Registration Obligations

 If you use the Website as Registered User, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID and Password and restricting access to your computer, computer system, and computer network, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your User ID and Password, email id and cell number as the case may be. You agree, among other things, to: 1. Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by’s  registration form (such information being the "Registration Data") 2. You must not include any of your contact details such as email addresses etc. in your User ID while registering as Registered User; and 3. Maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or not in accordance with the User Agreement, has the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block access of your membership with the Website and refuse to provide you with access to the Website.


Authorization to Contact You

 You agree to receive calls, including autodialer and/or pre-recorded message calls, from Acchajee at any of the telephone numbers (including mobile telephone numbers) that we have collected for you as authorized, including telephone numbers you have provided us, or that we have obtained from third parties or collected by our own efforts. If the telephone number that we have collected is a mobile telephone number, you consent to receive SMS or other text messages at that number or on that mobile device. Standard telephone minute and text charges may apply if we contact you at a mobile number or device. You agree we may contact you in the manner described above at the telephone numbers we have in our records for these purposes:

To contact you for reasons relating to your account or your use of our sites, services, application or tools (such as to collect a debt, resolve a dispute, or to otherwise enforce our User Agreement) or as authorized by applicable law

To contact you for marketing, promotional, or other reasons that you have either previously consented to or that you may be asked to consent to in the future.

We may share your telephone numbers with our service providers (such as billing or collections companies) who we have contracted with to assist us in pursuing our rights or performing our obligations under the User Agreement, our policies, or any other agreement we may have with you. These service providers may also contact you using autodialer or pre-recorded messages calls and/or SMS or other text messages, only as authorized by us to carry out the purposes we have identified above, and not for their own purposes

We will not share your telephone number with non-affiliated third parties for their purposes without your explicit consent, but may share your telephone numbers with members of the Acchajee corporate family and our affiliates, for their use, as authorized under our Privacy Policy. Members of the Acchajee corporate family and our affiliates will only contact you using autodial or pre-recorded message calls and SMS or other text messages if you have requested their services.


Purchase Conditions

 You are responsible for reading the full item listing, including any instructions the seller provides, before making a buy. Unless otherwise stated, by making a bid or commitment to buy an item on, you are committing to buy the item from the seller listing the item. If you make a commitment to buy,


Abusing and its community of users (the "Community") work together to keep our sites, services and tools working properly and the Community safe. Please report problems, offensive content, and policy violations to us to work on them quickly.

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated, please notify us by phone, email same is given on our website.

Without limiting other remedies, we may, in our sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate our services and user accounts, prohibit access to our sites, services, applications, and tools, and their content, delay or remove hosted content, and take technical and legal steps to keep users from using our sites, services, applications, or tools, if we think that they are creating problems or possible legal liabilities, infringing the intellectual property rights of third parties, or acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies. We also reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed accounts or accounts that have been inactive for months, or to modify or discontinue sites, services, or tools.

All members should be able to buy and sell on with confidence. We want our sellers to bring great service, value, and selection to our marketplace, and we strive to protect sellers from unfair and unsafe buyer activity. When you don't meet these standards, we encourage sellers to report the concern and in consequence your account may be terminated or suspended.

 Violations of this policy may result in a range of actions, including Feedback removal, limits on account privileges, limits on overall buying activity, and account suspension. We do not allow the buyer in case they d not pay for the items. F you have placed an order and clicked the Buy button in a listing, you've committed to purchasing that item.

If you don't pay for it, even if you've changed your mind, you're violating the unpaid item policy, which may result in account restriction or suspension. When you buy an item, you're accepting the seller's terms as set out in their listing, provided they comply with our listing policies. You're entitled to expect that the seller will do what they've said with regards to shipping, payments, and returns. We know there are sometimes exceptional circumstances, and we allow reasonable and limited requests. However, the seller is not obligated to fulfill requests outside of their terms.

Making unreasonable or excessive demands is not allowed. Using the threat of negative Feedback, low detailed seller ratings, or buyer protection cases to make such demands is considered extortion and is not allowed, and we reserve the right to deal with such behavior on the part as per our policies.        

By agreeing to this Agreement and the other Achhajee Policies you covenant  1) not to demand a change to the shipping method or delivery location, other than those specified in the listing, 2)  not to demand a change to the payment method or timing, other than those specified in the listing 3)not to demand  a partial refund or discount under threat of negative Feedback, low detailed seller ratings, or filing a case 4) not demand additional items or services that are outside of what is contained in the listing 5) not to request that the transaction be completed off


Leaving inappropriate Feedback

 Feedback is an essential tool for letting other members know about your experiences with a seller, and we encourage you, to be honest. We don't allow misuse of the Feedback system, including the following behaviors. Inappropriate Feedback comments, such as obscene language, will be removed. Also, buying so that you can leave poor Feedback for a seller is considered Feedback manipulation. Threatening to leave bad Feedback in an attempt to force a seller into providing extra goods or services is considered Feedback extortion. Excessive use of low detailed seller ratings and inconsistent Feedback and ratings can also be considered unfair.

 You hereby further agree not to leave inappropriate Feedback comments, negative or neutral Feedback and/or low detailed seller ratings because a seller did not provide additional goods and services that were not mentioned in the original listing, consistently leaving low detailed seller ratings and/or negative Feedback for sellers who sell the same or similar items as you, consistently leaving positive Feedback with all low detailed seller ratings, consistently leaving negative Feedback and/or low detailed seller ratings which are inconsistent with your sellers' overall performance, Abuse the Achhajee Policies.

 You hereby further agree not to 1) Claim an item hasn't been received before the estimated delivery date has passed 2) claim an item hasn't been received when it has arrived 3) claim an item is significantly not as described when the item condition is consistent with the description in the listing 4)  initiate a case when you have already received a refund from the seller or reimbursement from your payment provider 5) Initiating a case against a seller to retaliate following previous disputes 6) initiating a case against a seller when you haven't paid for an item 7) Threatening to initiate legal proceedings against a seller/Achhajee in order to get a discount or additional goods and services, when the item arrived in the described condition

 We encourage all sellers to specify a clear return policy in their listings. You should always check the return policy specified in a listing before committing to pay for an item.

If you want to return an item, review the seller's return policy before initiating a return. Sellers may specify requirements for returns such as time limits, restocking fees, and who pays for return shipping. Learn more about returning an item and our returns guidelines.


We in no circumstances allow the following:

1)    Returning a different item (e.g. a used or older model of the same product or an empty box)

2)    Not returning the item as it was sent to you (e.g. returning a TV without the remote control)

3)    Returning an item that has been damaged after being delivered

4)    Claiming an item is not as described to circumvent a seller's return policy

5)    Not following the terms of the seller's return policy

6)    A pattern of purchasing items and receiving excessive refunds

7)    Unwelcome and malicious buying: Bidding on or buying items with no intention of completing the transaction, or circumventing sellers' requirements for buyers is considered unwelcome and malicious buying.

8)    Fraudulent payments: You must pay for items using one of our accepted payment methods. We encourage sellers to ensure payment has cleared before sending an item, and to report attempted fraud to us and the police.

 Contact information: All members must keep their account details up to date. We will take action when we know a member has false or missing contact information, or can't be contacted because they have an invalid or dead email address.


How sellers can report a buyer 

To report a buyer who may be violating our policies:

Review the relevant section of this policy (and its related policies) to make sure the buyer is really breaking the rules.

Once confirmed, you should report the buyer. 

Note: We look at the circumstances, including the members' history. We make decisions based on the evidence in the individual case, as well as by evaluating patterns of behavior that create a negative value in the marketplace. If we aren't sure about something or can't prove it with certainty, we may not take any action. Also, because we respect our members' privacy, we can't discuss the results of any investigations.

Why does have this policy?

We work hard to make shopping on safe and fun. We hold sellers on to extremely high standards of customer service. Our selling practices policy sets out our expectations of sellers, and we hold sellers accountable to seller performance standards when buyers report a problem with a purchase. While most buyers follow the rules, we also need to protect sellers from unsafe and unfair behavior, and from buyers who try to take advantage of our protection systems.
